I'm looking for a new roommate to move in April 1st. I prefer a minimum of a 6-month commitment.


The apartment is located by Sunset & La Brea on the edge of West Hollywood.

Rent is $850 each and utilities are generally about $50 each. Will require a deposit of $1200 (1 ½ months rent).
